Soprano and Bass are recorded together because I had the opportunity to record in Philadelphia with two singers (Robby Eisentrout and Allie Faulker) from The Crossing, a few hours before I flew to LA with this piece to present it to Los Angeles Master Chorale. Robby & Allie are a couple, and decided that they’d inspire each other most if they recorded together. I loved the idea!
